Research into performance problems
Assistance to developers and testers with IT-related issues; documentation of all processes and solutions
Maintenance of setup scripts for development environments
Creation and installation of test environments
Optimizing telecommuting solutions Anonymized retrieval and recovery of customer databases for various purposes (incident reproduction, performance research, upgrade testing…)

Bachelor or Master Degree IT or equivalent
